Privacy Policy

Email address, when you sign up for a daily or weekly email (confirmed by double opt-in) or become a paid member. Account information, when you create an account: your email address and a securely hashed password, plus your membership status. Payments are processed by Stripe: Stripe, not us, collects and stores your payment details; we never see your card number. Usage data: we use privacy-focused analytics to count page views and measure conversion. Analytics events contain no personal information. We use cookies or similar session storage only to keep you signed in and to enforce plan entitlements, not for advertising or cross-site tracking. Push subscription tokens, if you opt in to board or game notifications.

To provide the Service: delivering the emails you signed up for to the right segment (free or paid) on each module’s schedule, verifying paid access, sending renewal or expiry reminders (including the pre-expiry notice for one-time crypto passes), and sending push notifications you opted into. To operate the business: measuring what works, preventing fraud and abuse, and complying with law. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Service providers who process data on our instructions: Stripe (payment processing and billing), our email delivery provider, our hosting provider (Fly.io), and our analytics provider. Each receives only what its function requires. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, and personal information may transfer as part of a business sale or reorganization, subject to this policy.

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and membership records as long as needed for the Service plus any period required for tax and legal compliance. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards; no internet service can guarantee perfect security.

Unsubscribe from any email via the link in its footer (transactional membership emails continue while you’re a member). Disable push notifications in your browser or device settings. Manage or cancel your membership and payment details from your Account page (billing is handled by Stripe). To access, correct, or delete personal information we hold, email support@maxoutprops.com; we honor rights available under the law of your state, including, where applicable, rights to know, delete, and correct. We do not discriminate against you for exercising them.

The Service is for people 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21; if we learn we have, we will delete it.
